Girls Rugby 10's

Last week our girl's rugby team proudly represented the College at the Rugby 10's Gala Day. The players displayed so much grit and determination and were very inspiring. The team won 3 out of their 4 games, so came runners-up to Bishop Druitt College. The coach of the team Eliza Cochrane was very proud of the team, especially when they helped the SJPC team with extra players in the last game of the day!

Results
3-1 loss to BDC, Coffs Harbour (they were very nervous)
5-0 win against McKillop College,  Port Macquarie
2-0 win against SJPC, Coffs Harbour
3-0 win against St Paul's College, Kempsey

Chase Corcoran

Last week Chase played for the combined Lismore/ Armidale Diocesan U15's Rugby League team in the Northern Selection trials held at South West Rocks.
Chase had a great couple of days.
Sadly the Lismore/ Armidale team was no match for the Maitland/Newcastle team who gazumped our boys in all 3 games.
Unfortunately, Chase did not get selected to go to Sydney for the next trial game but we congratulate him on his efforts and representation.
