Veterans March
On Monday, 18th August, McAuley Catholic College school captains, Beau Thompson and Jasmine Chellew, were honoured to represent the school at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Day hosted by the Clarence Valley Vietnamese Veterans, Peacekeepers and Peacemakers Association. The captains were pleased to receive two books, ‘The Legend of Albert Jacka’ by Peter Fitzsimmons and ‘Australia’s Aviation Heroes’ by Colin Burgess, which the association donated to the Mercy library.
